CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS

Knights of Columbus is a Catholic organization that helps to raise funds for youth in the church, and provides financial assistance to help young people enter the priesthood. The K of C meets on the first Thursday of the month.

Montmartre Army Cadets, RCACC 2988 - meetings are held September/October to April/May, every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at the Cadet Building located at 421 First Street. There are no fees and Cadets must be 12 years old to join. Montmartre Legion is a committee meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.  The Legion prepares for the annual Remembrance Day Service and is involved in public speaking and awareness within the Schools about our War Veterans.

The Lions Club is very active with meetings held on the first and 3rd Tuesday of each month.  The Club is very active in fundraising for community projects and assisting with various community endeavors.

Montmartre Prairie Red Rubies are a ladies' non-profit organization that enjoys life to the fullest. Members have an event once a month, with two members taking turns planning a fun and creative function for participation and enjoy together. For more information call 306 424-2697.

Welcome Basket Program, under the direction of the Economic Development and Tourism Committee, now known as the EDTC began in 2006. Sandra Brown creates baskets of items collected from businesses and organizations, then presents them to new residents. Contact 306-424-2622
