Montmartre Housing Authority has 20 senior suites and five family homes. The Sunset Manor is a six-suite enriched residence for seniors. There are two - two-bedroom suites and four - one-bedroom suites all sharing a washer, dryer, and a common area available to all senior tenants including the Sunset Home tenants. All appliances are included in the senior homes. The Sunset Homes are 7 duplex homes consisting of 14 one-bedroom suites. There are five family homes with 3 & 4 bedroom houses intended for low-income families. Appliances are not included in the family homes.

Seniors Citizen Club - The Montmartre Golden Age Club is an active bunch, Montmartre offers seniors bingo, cribbage, shuffleboard, exercises, gatherings, activities and more at the Seniors Hall. Regular Board meetings are held.
